How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all Material furniture comes with a limited 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made pieces are final sale.
How should I care for my Material products?
Each item ships with a specific care guide. Generally, we recommend using a damp microfiber cloth for dusting and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners on natural wood finishes.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
