At Material, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If a piece doesn't feel right in your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
